WHEN WILL MY PRODUCTS BE DISPATCHED?

STOCK GARMENTS; Our stock items are dispatched within 10 working days this turnaround is due to some stock items requiring club branding. At busier times of the year (the start of the football season and Christmas) this can sometimes take a little longer.

In the unlikely case of a delay, we’ll contact you with an update to detail the delay and ask you how you’d like to proceed.

PRE-ORDERED GARMENTS; Many of our club shirts are sold on a pre-order basis. Due to the bespoke nature of the kits, manufacturing can take longer than traditional shirts. Dispatch is usually 4-6 weeks after an order has been confirmed. 

 

HOW ARE MY PRODUCTS SHIPPED?

Depending on Barnes Eagles FC age group the shipping can vary:

Boys 

U7-U12 - Collect at Barn Elms Sports Trust on Saturdays between 9 am-12:15 pm

U13-U18 - Choice to either collect Barn Elms Sports Trust on Saturdays between 9 am-12:15 pm OR shipped by Royal Mail or DPD. 

Girls

U7-U18 - Collect at Barn Elms Sports Trust on Saturdays between 9 am-12:15 pm

The packaging for different products is varied, but it’s all eco-friendly. Clothing is folded into a clear, biodegradable poly bag and shipped in a grey recyclable mailing bag. Larger orders may ship in cardboard boxes. 

 

WHEN WILL MY PRODUCTS BE DELIVERED?

This depends on the courier, but Royal Mail quotes their First Class delivery service as taking 1 to 3 working days for UK deliveries, 3 to 5 working days for Europe, and 7 to 10 for the rest of the world. Please note these timings are PLUS the days to dispatch mentioned above.

 

WHAT IF MY ORDER DOESN’T ARRIVE?

Whilst rare, parcels can go missing in the post. We cannot issue replacement orders until 21 working days after dispatch for the UK and 28 days for EU & INT. This is because we cannot claim from Royal Mail until this time. 

If an order does not arrive, we always recommend checking at your local post office before contacting us. Please also note that we must be notified within 30 days of any orders that have not arrived. After this time we cannot replace any orders free of charge.
